Tamara Wiggins Steele is founder and CEO of New Heights Company, an Executive Coaching and Management Training company. Her passion is to motivate, inspire, educate and empower the lives of individuals, one by one, to become their personal best. Tamara says, “My success in life is measured by the visible transformation in the lives of my clients, after having coached them to achieve their ‘personal best’.”

Tamara utilizes unique methods, techniques and tools to assist individuals in reaching their goals and achieving lasting results. After Executive Coaching with Tamara, clients are able to find the answers to their problems and work successfully to implement solutions.

She is also known for her public speaking. Her charismatic style makes her a welcomed motivational presenter or a special guest for keynote speaking at a wide variety of events. Tamara earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco with a major in Marketing. She has a Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and is certified as an empowerment coach from the Institute of Professional Empowerment Coaches (IPEC).

In addition, she has over 20 years of combined business and legal experience, which has enabled her to gain strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, applicable to her Executive Coaching business.
