Our coaches establish a one-on-one relationship with individuals and assist with connecting that individual to their highest level of performance. Individuals are able to produce extraordinary results, both professionally and personally. Our executive coaching process allows individuals to identify and modify behavior that blocks them from performing at their highest level. The Executive Coaching process involves following these four distinct phases:
(1) Assessment/ data gathering;
(2) Establishment of the expectations of the coaching process;
(3) The coaching process; and
(4) Follow-up.
Common focus areas for our Executive Coaching are leadership skill development, effective communication/ conflict resolution, team-building, self-confidence building, goal setting and implementation, time self-management, work-life balance/ stress reduction, diversity and inclusion.
